We are seeking to recruit a student/trainee to take part in a programme combining on-the-job training at the Group's offices in Frankfurt am Main or Stuttgart with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Banking on the Heidenheim a. d. Brenz campus of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). The starting date will be October 2023.
Your role

  • As a Junior Client Relationship Officer (CRO), your duties will include assisting with the account-opening process, gathering documentation linked to client relationships for loans, risk and compliance matters and transfers.
  • As a Junior Portfolio Manager, your duties will include creating support material for pitches and client assessments, managing client portfolios in accordance with our model portfolios, entering orders (stock market orders) and preparing advisory recommendations.

Your profile

  • You will be sitting your Abitur (secondary school leaving exams) in 2023.
  • You are interested in financial markets and enjoy working across disciplines with colleagues in Germany and abroad.
  • You have good knowledge of the standard MS Office tools.
  • You speak German and English; knowledge of French would be a plus.


As the successful applicant, you will have strong soft skills and be a team player. You will be motivated, flexible and open-minded. During the training programme you will work in different fields and show flexibility, efficiency and versatility. In addition to being proactive and seeking to meet clients' needs, you will have excellent organisational and planning skills. You will also have an eye for detail and be able to work independently.
