Alternatives Client Platform

Alternatives Client Platform in Budapest serves as one of the major hubs to support the coordination and administration of the investor communication programme to ensure a best in class client experience. This team is responsible for a wide range of activities, including production of client and fund reports, marketing collateral and presentations, maintaining platform data and analytics and the roll out of new technologies to create a scalable platform. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to support the team. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for managing multiple deliverables and tasks concurrently. Key responsibilities

Strategy and Standardisation
  • Create, drive and oversee strategic initiatives for Private Credit to address existing process and data challenges and to streamline and standardise processes
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and critically assess opportunities for standardization across the various business lines (Pods)
Team management
  • Responsible for overseeing all Private Credit Pods' activity
  • Build the bridge with ACP Leadership
  • Identify and develop the next level of talent for Private Credit team
  • Advise PodLeads on most efficient workload allocation, team issues, stakeholder escalations
  • Address issues within the Pod by leveraging PodLead best practices
  • Responsible for using expert judgment to apply tactical shifts on team's task allocation
  • Support the career growth of individuals within Private Credit, engage in development planning conversations in regular 1o1 sessions with everyone in the team.
  • Be the point person for escalations related to BAU activities
  • Identify and develop the next level of talent for Private Credit team
Stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders, primarily but not limited to Product Strategy, CorePM, Portfolio Managers and Investement teams.
  • Be a trusted partner and advisor for all startegic conversations (e.g. potential new fund launches)
Controls and Governance
  • Establish and maintain a robust control framework that ensures all materials sent to the clients and key stakeholders are of an outstanding quality.
Project management
  • Drive and execute projects set out by ACP Credit Head and ACP Leadership. Establish KPIs, track key milestones, assign resources and escalate any potential issues to Leadership.
  • Actively look for new ways to further automate and enhance our processes.
Co-operation
  • Work closely with Liquid Credit Lead to ensure consistency
  • Maintain an ongoing dialogue with other asset class leads with an aim of
    • Sharing institutional knowledge and best practices
    • Connecting pods to broader ACP objectives and provide context as to where each pod is on its journey
    • Supporting people management challenges and creating a safe space for discussing talent
  • Participate in site level initiatives to create opportunities for ACP Private Credit to connect with other teams and also to support the site level objectives
Client reporting and Fundraising support
  • Oversee all activities related to Client reporting and Fundraising support to ensure we comply with all our commitments
  • Action and resolve all issues escalated by the Pod Leads
  • Own the preparation, quality control and distribution of the Quarterly Investor Reports.
  • Be an expert on current mandates' client composition and structure in order to provide a best-in-class experience for existing investors
Experience & skills
  • BA or MA in Finance or related area is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of work experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing a large teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Outstanding team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize issues

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock's hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
