As a legal staff, be a part of an iconic group of luxury brands and communicating with both Japan and overseas teams.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist the legal department in various legal matters, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of topics, including commercial law, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the management of legal records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring efficient access and retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to provide legal guidance and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting the retail industry, and proactively communicate potential risks and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Laws
- At least 3 years of in-house legal experience
