Private Equity Senior Investment Manager

Our client is a leading Asset Manager in Europe on the management of investments on private and public companies with significant, measured and real environmental impacts. The goal is to steer towards sustainability, while maintaining the focus on financial returns.

With the aim of strengthening their Investment Team, we are assisting our client in the search for a Senior Investment Manager in Private Equity.

The identified candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• Autonomously managing the acquisition/disposal process, involving partners only in negotiations on the most sensitive issues;
• Managing portfolio companies and developing strong relationships with management teams;
• Maintaining and cultivating relationships with banks for financing agreements.
• Coordinating and managing a team of collaborators, analysts, and consultants (legal, tax, strategic) involved in the operation;
• Taking responsibility for internal financial due diligence activities;
• Supervising and participating in the preparation of business plans and financial valuation models.

Requirements:

For this specific search, candidates with approximately 7-10 years of seniority will be considered.

The candidate should have gained part of their professional experience in Investment Teams of prominent Private Equity Funds, with autonomous involvement in executed deals.

A proven ability to read and understand both external and internal business dynamics is required.

A strong academic background in Economics or Engineering (having an MBA will be considered a plus) and fluent knowledge of the English language complete the profile.

Good leadership skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are highly valued.

The salary package will be based on the selected candidate's actual experience.
