Segmentation Marketing (PB, I&I) Team Head to AVP

Our client, a sizable and expanding bank, is looking for a high calibers to join their bank.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute effective marketing strategies for Investment and Insurance and actionable plan for achieving business objectives and goals
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify key trends and opportunities within high net worth segment
• Develop segmentation models based on customer characteristics, behaviors, and preferences.
• Collaborate with Private Banking and Marketing teams to create marketing campaigns that effectively engage high net worth clients.
• Communicate segmentation insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including senior management.
• Working on the marketing content to responsible for organizing events including but not limited to seminars and conferences.
• Use data analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related disciplines.
• 5-15 years of hands-on experience in marketing segmentation, preferable in sizable retail or commercial or private banking industry.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques, including segmentation modeling statistical analysis, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functional team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work under tight deadlines.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant General Manager, AVP.
