Who we are looking for
We are looking for a collateral operations specialist to join the SSGM FX Operations team in Boston. This role will support the processing of collateral obligations for State Street Bank and Trust in accordance with the regulations, as well as engage in projects and initiatives to continue to streamline and modernize. An ideal candidate has experience working within an operations team and is interested in building a career in a fast-paced but exciting environment.

What you will be responsible for
As a collateral operations specialist you will
  • Support collateral operations oversight processes, including: providing support to offshore team, managing escalated issues, financial and metrics reporting, and processing invoices
  • Play a role in executing projects and initiatives related to improving collateral operations efficiencies and implementing new regulatory requirements; working with multiple groups across the organization to support all facets of the project
  • Perform collateral processing as needed

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in the financial industry required, preferably in an operations role
  • Knowledge of CFTC/Prudential regulations a big plus
  • Advanced Excel skills a plus; knowledge of SQL, Visio, and collateral processing systems a plus

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $75,400 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
