Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall business development of a branch to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans
  • Actively explore, identify and capture unsought business opportunities with resources given
  • Collaborate with different teams of stakeholders within the Bank to facilitate goal achievement
  • Lead and champion changes with respect to the Bank's strategic initiatives
  • Supervise the overall operation of the branch to ensure efficient and effective delivery of KPIs
  • Monitor the services quality and seek any opportunities for ongoing improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
  • Lead branch staff to grow and build a professional work force
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Passes in the HKSI Licensing Examinations and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE)
  • Minimum of five years' banking experience, with experience in promoting various wealth management products and branch operations management
  • Familiar with wealth management products and services with understanding of general banking practices as well as related banking ordinances, sound knowledge of corporate banking products and services a definite plus
  • Strong sense of customer orientation, with flexibility and agility to deliver quality services for customers and other key stakholders
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
