Cedrus Capital is hiring a Private Equity Analyst

 

We are looking for highly motivated and capable people looking for a career in Private Equity, ready to join a fast-growing company focused on special situations with a highly diversified portfolio of transactions.

 

As a member of the investment and monitoring team, an analyst's main responsibilities are:

  • To prepare analyses and reports with sectoral monitoring of industries and markets.
  • To identify investment opportunities.
  • To carry out financial analyses on potential investments and prepare investment theses.
  • To conduct financial due diligence on investment targets and manage tax and legal due diligence with external service providers.
  • To prepare investment proposals and recommendations.
  • To prepare presentations and support documents for the fund-raising activity.
  • To follow up and contribute to the good management of invested companies.
  • To support the operational management of investment funds.
  • To contribute to the management of the office and to the growth of Cedrus in general.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Recent graduates in management, economics, engineering, or

Graduates in management, economics, or engineering with 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.

Autonomy, independence, and initiative.

Strong analytical skills, preferably with knowledge in the financial area.

Team spirit and adaptability.

Mastery of English. French as a plus.
