The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Lead Manager, Production Services in Pittsburgh, PA, to perform within a Production Services function involved with the planning, analysis, delivery, and integration of systems and business development projects. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field, and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Supporting multi-currency, multi branch, multi entity processing for demand deposit accounting functionality for cash accounts that are held on behalf of custody, cash clearing, not-in-bank (outsourcing clients), and other clients; Utilizing trade processing functionality for foreign exchange and money markets including deposits, placements, loans, CD's, and cash management features including Zero Balance Accounting, Overdraft Netting, Late Night Investment, Global Late Night Investment and SWIFT receipt and delivery of customer information; Supporting real-time, centralized funds control, used to control intra-day credit risks on custody and multi-currency cash accounts and automated cash sweeps as well as liquidity and overnight investments allowing clients to manage their idle cash and limit their overdraft liability; Conducting change review meetings, managing helpdesk queries, monitoring infrastructure components and reviewing the application health and performance; Mitigating issues, managing incidents tickets, leading root cause investigations for incidents; Preparing applications to failover, stay, and run on alternate production datacenters and disaster recovery datacenters to perform business without any interruptions.
