SVP - Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

Offer strategic direction and manage the implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and processes.
Perform risk analyses and make sure all regulatory requirements are met.
Create and manage reporting and risk frameworks.
Keep up with market trends and emerging risks to proactively spot potential dangers.
Encourage team collaboration and strong performance.
Establish and maintain strong connections with internal stakeholders and governing bodies.

Experience:

Extensive experience of market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
Experience in implementing effective risk management strategies and frameworks.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
