Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager

I am looking for a highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of experience in Private Banking and Client Servicing to join our team as a Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high net worth clients
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports
• Ensure all client documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met
• Attend client meetings with Relationship Managers as needed
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the financial industry and products
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Private Banking and Client Servicing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of financial products and industry regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
