We provide a hands-on, dynamic, and professional environment. Every investment professional has the ability to impact portfolios and investment performance through their research and contribution to the teams’ performance. We work collaboratively and balance independent work with thoughtful feedback. Analysts are mentored by senior members of our investment team to help them achieve their career goals and develop professionally. We strive to ensure that our employees are compensated fairly with a mix of both monetary and non-monetary rewards provided to them in recognition of their time, talents, efforts, and results.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a self-starter, team player, and someone who has a passion for equity research and investing. Analysts at FMA are encouraged to follow their intellectual curiosity, engage in independent thinking, work with the team to develop compelling investment ideas, and make contributions to portfolio decisions.
