We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Policy Coordinator to join our prestigious client in New York. As the Executive Policy Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating policy-related activities within the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policies, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and regulations. Your expertise will be vital in analyzing policy issues, conducting research, and providing insightful recommendations to senior executives.

To qualify for this role, you must possess exceptional writing skills and a proven track record in crafting policy documents, reports, and briefs. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of the executive team, manage communication with key stakeholders, and maintain effective coordination across departments. Prior experience in policy analysis and a strong understanding of governmental processes are essential.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Policy Coordinator role will have a background in public policy, political science, or a related field. Experience working with government agencies or policy-making organizations is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time permanent position based in New York City, with a move to the UAE in the Spring of 2024.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate and manage policy-related activities within the organization.

  • Develop and implement policies, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Draft and review policy documents, reports, and briefs.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, speeches, and policy-related materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
