Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular management reports for performance monitoring and expense control, and ensure timely and accurate information delivery to management
- Assist in interpreting financial trends and explaining deviations from budget, historical trend etc
- Assist in budget and forecast process, and ensure accuracy and awareness of circumstances that could impact it
- Assist in providing management with all essential accurate information on ad hoc basis for strategic planning
- Assist in conducting cost and benefits analysis on any significant capital expenditure requests
- Assist in MIS system enhancement and testing
- University graduate, major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines is preferred
- Prefer to have at least 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing
- Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese
