Responsibilities
• Attain effective product control and valuation control related to interest rate products and derivatives, such as daily valuation, independent price verification, P&L analysis, hedge accounting assessment and market conformity checking.
• Monitor fund valuation process and review valuation result with a view to uphold effective management.
• Participate in treasury business development or related system enhancement projects
• Strengthen product control functions, streamline or revamp work flow and maintain related policy and procedures
• Assist in model verification and other quantification projects
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements
• Degree with major in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines. Possessing professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, FRM, AIA, ACCA/CPA is an advantage.
• 3-5 year of working experience in interest related treasury products and/or product control (such as asset backed securities, interest rate derivatives). Experience in fund valuation especially PE fund process would be a plus. Less experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in financial instruments & market operations. Knowledge in treasury products' related accounting standards preferred.
• Experience in treasury system (such as Murex system) and financial statement analysis is an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, strong analytical abilities, good time management and high attention to details
• Good communication skill with excellent written and oral English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
• Sound Knowledge and experience in VBA, SQL or related programming languages (Advanced Excel skill ,VBA, SQL, Python) is definitely an edge.
