Th is is a senior role within the Bank's Capital Market Investment team in Global Markets department. The main responsibility of the team is to manage the Bank's bond investment portfolio, duties of this position include:
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement investment strategies in USD, EUR, AUD, HKD, and CNY/CNH interest rate products, including inflation linked bond
- Conduct fundamental analysis on macro economy, interest rate markets, cross asset strategy, etc., and provide recommendation to the team's overall investment strategy
- With help of desk anlysts, build automatic tools for fundamental analysis and securities trading
- Guide and advice junior traders in the team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or above degree in finance or quantitative disciplines
- Minimum 10 years in G4 macro trading, experience with other markets such as CNY/CNH or global/Asia IG credit is a plus
- Solid understanding of macro fundamental as well as micro market structures, able to balance risk-taking and risk management to achieve optimal strategies
- Successful candidate must be highly self-motivated, be able to pay attention to details and multi-task s , and a good team player
