We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Trust Support Services - Trust & Fiduciary Services.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Delivers quality and good levels of services, professionalism and operational efficiency as well as good standard of compliance to safeguard the interests of the trust principals and beneficiaries and the Company and in particular, to adhere to the Administrative Support Services Agreements as per the scope of services of Documentation Team to be revised from time to time to account for changing circumstances and business requirements
  • Handle trust documentation for Wealth Planners / Trust Relationship Managers on timely basis with high level of quality under minimum supervision
  • Assist the supervisor in providing documentation solutions and advice to Wealth Planners / Trust Relationship Managers
  • Assist the supervisor / team head in ad-hoc project and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Shadow follow peers to carry out trust documentation functions as required
  • Acts as mentor to junior or newly joined team members
  • Assist the team in keep certain control list, e.g. the common seal control list
Requirements

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or Law
  • Minimum 1 years' company secretarial experience, knowledge of trust deed and trust structure is preferable
  • Member/Student Member of HKICS preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under pressure
