Responsibilities:
The MAS US Funds and Models team manages approximately $46bn in retail client assets. The team manages scalable asset allocation solutions across a range of investment vehicles; registered 40-Act Funds, Model Portfolios and separately managed accounts. We are looking for an analyst to join the Lead Portfolio Management (LPM) team. The candidate would be responsible for many day-to-day responsibilities associated with managing existing funds and models, monitoring risk and performance, and working closely with senior LPMs on product and content development. This role is highly analytical and detail oriented. Core responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
The MAS US Funds and Models team manages approximately $46bn in retail client assets. The team manages scalable asset allocation solutions across a range of investment vehicles; registered 40-Act Funds, Model Portfolios and separately managed accounts. We are looking for an analyst to join the Lead Portfolio Management (LPM) team. The candidate would be responsible for many day-to-day responsibilities associated with managing existing funds and models, monitoring risk and performance, and working closely with senior LPMs on product and content development. This role is highly analytical and detail oriented. Core responsibilities include:
- Under the direction of senior LPMs, support fund and models products and sub-advised client relationship management, which includes portfolio and manager reviews, responding to client's investment-related questions, managing client investment needs, proposing new strategies aimed at enhancing portfolio characteristics, and drafting and reviewing materials to support these discussions.
- Manage client deliverables and support senior LPM in the review of monthly performance reporting for existing sub-advised relationships, Funds and Models.
- Support portfolio management activities during new client on-boardings, portfolio restructures, and other portfolio changes.
- Portfolio construction work: understanding of MAS proprietary investment process and factor-risk budgeting, running portfolio optimizations, and researching funds and ETFs for inclusion in model portfolios and fund of fund solutions.
- Content development involving client and prospect presentation books, request for proposals, and other investment-related analyses.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and meticulous, strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Intelligent and creative with good problem-solving abilities
- A highly motivated self-starter able to work independently and thrive in a team environment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable interest in the financial markets and a good investment sense/commercial instinct
