Job Purpose

The role will:
  • Enable effective delivery of the SCD projects and program
  • Enhance management visibility of the program's roadmap and performance and SCD work efforts within ICG
  • Ensure adherence to internal change policies, standards and processes.
Responsibilities

Support the PMO Lead to:
  • Provide regular governance, reporting, planning and support services across the SCD program
  • Coordinate central program PMO processes across the SCD program teams, ensuring adherence to Citi Program and Project Management (CPPM) standards, procedures and control frameworks
  • Coordinate collation and production of materials for relevant program governance forums
  • Monitor and manage program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies whilst escalating to senior management as required
  • Oversee program plans and tracking of progress and changes to milestones
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the bank
  • Develop and monitor stakeholder maps and stakeholder engagement plans including communications
  • Facilitate workshops and planning sessions as required
  • Provide quality assurance and oversight of the PM Tool and ensuring Citi PPM Standards are abided by the program
Development Value:
  • This role will play a leading contribution to the implementation of ICG's global contracting strategy and framework within Citi
  • The role is global in nature and will entail developing relationships and working with senior stakeholders across multiple business and control functions
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Relevant experience working within a PMO or in project management, preferably within a global bank delivering large, cross-divisional transformation
  • Experience in applying and embedding PMO methodologies across large scale programs
  • Excellent planning and task management skills; capable of seeing the bigger picture as well as strong focus on day-to-day execution
  • Proven experience in meeting / workshop facilitation and program planning sessions
  • Understanding of contract digitisation, contract lifecycle management or contract repapering desirable but not mandatory
Skills:
  • Excellent core program and project management skills and understanding of program management office (PMO) methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools and industry best practices
  • Good planning and task management skills (MSProject) with an additional focus on milestone and change management
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills - ability to provide written and verbal in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to support in effective management of program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across a large complex program
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently on weekly, monthly and quarterly PMO deliverables such as resource plans, plan updates, reporting and on ad hoc projects
  • Advanced MSExcel and MSPowerpoint skills; and exposure to Project Management Tools (aka Clarity, Tableau, etc)
Qualifications:
  • Educated to a degree level
  • Recognised program/project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, etc

  • Quick-thinking; nimble at 'joining the dots'
