We're seeking a future team member in the role of Specialist Middle Office to join our Asset Servicing Operations team. This role is located in either Pittsburgh, PA or Work from home in Arizona in a hybrid/remote environment..

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Responsible for overseeing quality of outsourced functions in accordance with SLD.
  • Provides recovery support for offshore functions. Supports client meetings.
  • Serves as subject matter expert and conducts research to gather information on the most complex, multi-faceted transactions and provides answers to complex inquiries that have been escalated.
  • Responsible for the daily oversight of outsourced functions to ensure service delivery is in line with SLD.
  • Responsible for service improvement, technology engagement and new business engagement.
  • Owns service delivery to clients in line with SLDs, attending service reviews as required.
  • Exercises own judgement and collaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliations of accounts for the most complex or atypical transactions and reviews/approves work of junior team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7-10 years of total relevant work experience preferred.
  • Regularly interacts with clients in answering questions and resolving multifaceted inquiries for the most complex transactions.
  • Grades and reports metrics for Middle Office team and provides transport for team, when necessary.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced Middle Office staff as needed. Tasked with Team Lead responsibilities.
