As leader of State Street Global Advisors Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program you will have the opportunity to shape our IAM Continuous Improvement Strategy and drive implementation across the platforms that support our global business.

You will be a principal member of our Identity and Access Management Transformation Team and will collaborate with State Street and SSGA's Technical Implementation team, Integration Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Development, Audit team, Product Management, and our users to understand and assist in driving our IAM strategy to align with broader State Street Corporation. You will develop a detailed understanding of our IAM processes and controls; identify and drive solutions to improve the control environment and positively affect behavioral change in a complex financial institution as part of this transformation project.

Job Functions:
  • Develops and maintains an end-to-end cross organization Program MS Project Plan
  • Drive the transformation project achievements from definition, scope, and design through to operation, in collaboration with our technical implementation team
  • Engage with internal subject matter experts to understand IAM integration requirements
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with SSGA Business Development, Senior Management, and Solution Architecture to define requirements, priorities and use cases
  • Coordinates overall project communications, risks, tracking/reporting, issues resolution and budget
  • Ensures that project artifacts are audit ready and compliant with CIS and SDLC policies/procedures

Responsibilities as a Program Manager consist of, but are not limited to:
  • Leads the end-to-end planning and management of multiple complex projects
  • Facilitates and integrates dependent upstream and downstream tasks and activities as related to project delivery
  • Excellent cross-organizational communication skills are required
  • Identifies and uses best practices for project management, ensuring project artifacts are compliant with internal policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the impact of problems across the organization and assists with facilitating a collaborative solution
  • Assess all requirements (both functional and technical); identify and facilitate collaborative solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
  • Develops and nurtures productive and collaborative relationships across all project stakeholders

About you
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 plus years of experience in project management, with a preference for Transformation IAM Program Management
  • Project/Program Management certification- PMP from PMI or other recognized project management certification is required
  • Proficient with creating and maintaining detailed cross organization MS Project Plans
  • Experience with JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel & Tableau
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management domain with SailPoint or other similar platform is required
  • Experience with CyberArk, ForgeRock and Active Directory are a plus
  • Thorough understand and experience in IAM solution definition as well as process and control design
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise PowerPoint presentations with a cohesive narrative

$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
