A major international investment bank, focused in cutting edge technology, is looking to add an applications support engineer on to their infrastructure team in the Chicago office.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining all incident/problem tickets, focusing on clearing systems technology
- Securing infrastructure for the team
- Preparing and completing turnover with support teams in other regions
- Ensuring compliance with operational risk requirements
Requirements
- Expertise in SQL, Python and Linux
- Minimum 3 years in highly available production cloud environment (Azure preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in an application support role or similar position
- Trouble shooting skills
- Experience working in the financial markets
