Fund Accountant, PE Fund

Job requirements: • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, management accounts & audit for the group • Manage expenses, and prepare budgets and financial planning for the group • Manage financial and tax related matters for the fund's investment entities • Responsible for maintenance of financial records and files for the group • Support the group on tax, structuring, know-your-client procedures, anti-money laundering procedures, and other regulatory / compliance related matters • Facilitate cross-functional efforts, including liaising with auditors, valuers, fund administrators, compliance advisors and other professional parties • Have a broad understanding of the group's ongoing projects and prospective investment opportunities • Facilitate deal team on investment management, e.g., fund formation, investment financial review, valuation, tax, compliance, structuring, financial due diligence • Handling ad hoc projects
