Job Title:

Manager Support Specialist

Company, Team & Role:

The Asset Manager Setup and Support Team works with Third Party asset managers, model providers and strategists on daily trade related activities to service the Institutional Broker Dealer and Registered Investment advisor population. We support over 400 unique managers across multiple Pershing platforms via email and phone calls.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. New money manager onboarding and training with strict deadlines due to client demands.
  3. Assist money managers on a recorded team phone line; resolving inquiries during the calls or escalating where necessary to get quick resolution.
  4. Proprietary system administrative responsibilities including user ID maintenance and troubleshooting.
  5. Assist money managers with all aspects of trade life cycle for managed accounts.

Benefits:

Each team member has an assigned group of managers where they are responsible for the onboarding, training, system provisioning and data validation. Additionally, team members work with both the managers and the Pershing's internal team to assist with trade breaks and trade / client maintenance activities. Daily standup team meeting attendance is required to provide updates on build initiatives and escalated items.
