• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Less than 2 years of experience in relevant fields (Institutional banking, private banking, wealth management and sales are preferred)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong passion of serving high net worth clients and drawing in new client relationships
• Self-driven and ambitious
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/ resolve problems in a timely manner
• Work well with diverse group of colleagues and share CTBC Core Values (Integrity, Innovation, Professionalism, Teamwork, Caring)
