We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team. This role is located in Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid position. We are looking for an individual who is looking to expand their knowledge in

In this role, you will be responsible for:

General
  • Coordinates activities across digital marketing channels.
  • Monitors and analyzes key metrics and performs email, social, and online campaign reporting.
  • Supports the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and building SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.
  • Collaborates with team members on cross-functional initiatives and coordinates the integration of creative and technical elements into final campaigns/projects.

Web
  • Completes routine web updates, postings, and general maintenance for Dreyfus and Mellon websites as well as Dreyfus micro-sites.
  • Assists in implementation process relating to current and future online needs; including web design/navigation, online advertising (banners, landing pages, animated GIFs, etc.) and page publishing.
  • Updates content and makes basic layout/structure changes. Runs monthly expiration reports to ensure compliance review occurs for expiring assets and all content is current.

Social Media & Email Marketing
  • Publishes content across Mellon and Dreyfus's social channels.
  • Contributes to brand and ambassador social editorial calendars.
  • Analyzes user engagement (e.g., reach, post impressions, engagement rate).
  • Monitors our social channels and escalates any issues, as needed.
  • Assists with the development of email campaigns including newsletters, webcasts, and event invitations.

We are looking for the following experience and education:
  • 3-5 years' experience speciali z ing in one or more of the following digital channels: corporate branding, web or social media & email marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus
  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
