VP - Investments (Hospitality)

You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments transactions. You will also be responsible to conduct feasibility studies on potential opportunities and make recommendations to senior management relating to investment or divestment or enhancement opportunities. You will also work closely with team members in other departments to raise funds and structure the transactions in the most practical and tax-efficient manner.

You will be responsible in originating, evaluating, negotiating and executing investment transactions. You will be managing the real estate portfolio in terms of forecasting market conditions and monitoring impact on financial returns; You will also work with tax consultants and implement holding structures that are cost and tax efficient to maintain.

This include efficient mode of income expatriation, asset divestments and capital up-streaming in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in business, economics, real estate, finance, hospitality or engineering with at least 12 years experience from a Real Estate investment capacity. You have strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills. You are able to work independently, and effective in a group setting with multiple stake holders as well as deal execution capabilities.
