Relationship Manager - Financial Sponsor Coverage

An established international bank based in London seek a Relationship Manager responsible for originating, structuring and executing business with new and existing Fund (i.e. Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastructure etc) and Alternative Investment clients, providing a diverse range of Fund Financing products (i.e. Subscription Finance, Bridge Financing, Capital Call etc).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and developing relationships with new and existing Fund (i.e. Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastructure etc) and Alternative Investment clients
• Originating, structuring and executing a range of Fund Finance business (i.e. Subscription Finance, Bridge Financing, Capital Call etc)
• Manage and oversee the Fund Finance client portfolio
• Prepare detailed credit applications to be presented to credit committee
• Analyse and stress test relevant financial models
• Support product development and innovation
• Cross-sell the banks broader product offering
• Attend relevant industry events to promote the banks presence in the market
• Liaise with relevant internal and external departments (i.e. Risk, Compliance, Credit etc)

• Excellent origination, structuring and execution experience
• Strong Credit skills
• Experience working in a Corporate & Institutional Banking environment
