We are currently looking for a SACCR PM/BA to join a broad team focusing on data quality initiatives within Capital Markets. The successful candidate will be an experienced PM professional, with strong SME knowledge in SACCR/RWA.

About the role

Responsibilities for the role may include, but are not limited to:
  • Transformation / change management / PMO experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issues
  • Working knowledge of Markets business and products (e.g., FICC and Equities) and / or regulatory capital
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk management
  • Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL, Python, a plus
  • Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved at or by the appropriate governance forum or level
  • Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teams
  • Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs
  • Engage senior stakeholders continuously by escalating and resolving issues as they arise
  • Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees
  • Build strong relationships, adopting a collaborative approach, to support the execution of programs

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
  • 2+ years experience within Capital Markets
  • Has strong interest and/or experience in Capital Markets at a global financial services provider
  • Demonstrated ability and/or interest to work with diverse teams in a fast paced environment where consistent execution and attention to detail is required
  • Data analysis skills and practical experience driving insights (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability
  • Experience in scoping, developing, and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives
  • Experience working with Front Office / Trading and Sales / Technology teams a strong plus
  • Project Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent a plusExcellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Primary Location Salary Range: $600,000 - $177,000
