Position summary
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to be part of a team that supports the execution of strategic initiatives to accelerate business and operational agility. This team is also responsible for business management duties to support leaders of our industry-leading solutions, data services and investment management capabilities that enhance the end-to-end lifecycle for traded and illiquid markets.

In this role, the candidate will drive the success of technological initiatives around projects that support our Operations organization, which will include business analysis and operational process documentation. The candidate will be responsible for managing several concurrent projects and responsibilities to support the EDM for WSO program.

The Implementation Analyst role is one of the most important roles in any implementation. They will work with various stakeholders involved in the project, will work closely with the Program Manager and Business Analyst. Implementation Analyst is responsible to understand the scope, identify technical gaps as well as assist the stakeholders in definition of the acceptance criteria. The candidate should be able to understand the existing business process and implement per the target state operational process for the platform.

Duties & accountabilities
Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with all internal & external client stakeholders
  • Understand the underlying business, strategic direction, implementation & product usage
  • Work with the stakeholders to define the most optimal future state operational process
  • Understand requirements, identify solutions & deliver well architected technical solution
  • Work closely with product to analyze and design functional enhancements
  • Ensure implementations are delivered according timescales, budgets and agreements
  • Support post release queries from operations and support teams
  • Provide onsite training and assist in acceptance criteria gathering and support throughout the project life cycle
  • Reporting and/or provide feedback on operational processes and implementation statuses to users
  • This role is a hybrid technical and business role
  • The main driver always is to make sure the technical services support the business use case of customers
Education and experience
Required:
  • A bachelor or master's degree (or equivalent)
  • Relevant practical experience (4-5 years)
  • SQL or EDM experience

  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Oversee daily checks on environments to ensure the application is running as desired
  • Architecture and Design of WSO EDM Managed Service offering
  • Documenting functional and requirement specifications to define detail input and output file content, systems functions, system controls and performance criteria
  • Configuring EDM applications to meet the specifications
  • Working with AWS cloud technologies to automate, build and monitor the environment
  • Design and document processes for support team
  • Receive user support requests and provide advice and guidance to resolve the reported problem with appropriate quality and timeliness
  • Manage/Monitor adherence to SLA's
  • Provide complete service for onboarding new customers and ensure a successful handoff to production
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into implementation specifications
  • Provide updates to the Business and Project Management on new and on-going projects
Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
