Senior Equity Analyst/Portfolio Manager 5yrs+ Experience, Minimum

Investment team members have a passion for picking stocks and are independent thinkers who understand contrarian philosophies and behavioral finance. Analysts must apply unique insight in analyzing a company to find unidentified or underappreciated catalysts and Wall Street misperceptions.

Seeking an executive with an entrepreneurial mindset and the temperament to seamlessly fit in and contribute to our Investment Research Team. We want a high-energy, self-starter who has intellectual humility. There is a pathway for potential firm ownership.

Compensation
Target salary range of 250K; see benefits below

Job Responsibilities
-Idea generation of 4-8 individual stock recommendations per annum to lead Portfolio
Manager
-Sector specific research coverage, including generating new ideas and following
current holdings.
-Participation in investment team weekly discussions.
-To interact regarding investment performance, economic and market trends with clients
and other capital allocators
-Management and organization of individual accounts, both individuals and institutions, following Investment Policy Statements, liquidity needs, cash flow analysis, tax sensitivity, etc. 

Qualifications/Characteristics
-Proven track record of success picking individual stocks
-Ideal candidates must have a college degree, MBA/CFA preferred, 5+ years of
experience in equity or investment research, minimum
-Ability to work independently, self-motivated
-Fundamental, bottom-up research experience required
-Client-facing experience in the past= major plus
-Proven ability to clearly communicate ideas, accept input from others and work within a
collaborative research framework.
