We are now working with a very successful, privately held global industrials business. They operate internationally and have an excellent market position.
They are now looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to their London team. The Corporate Development team reports directly to the Chief Executive.
In the position, you will work on the following:
The business is constantly looking for new investment opportunities and pursue a highly acquisitive and opportunistic strategy.
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows: - VP level bankers who will work in the broad industrials sector - Corporate development professionals from other firms at the VP level - Private equity professionals looking to move into a corporate role -7 to 10 years ++ experience

- origination of investments and acquisitions for the business
- managing the execution of investments for the firm globally
- evaluation of deals
- deal structuring and negotiation as principal working with advisors portfolio integration
