An opportunity has arisen within TwentyFour Asset Management LLP ("TwentyFour"), an award-winning fixed income boutique of the Switzerland-based Vontobel Group. The role will be based at TwentyFour's office in the City of London.

TwentyFour is recruiting for a Compliance Officer to sit within the Compliance team and to provide day to day compliance support to the business, as well as assist with day to day compliance monitoring activities in accordance with the annual compliance monitoring plan.

The role reports into the Chief Compliance Officer.

Your opportunity
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly compliance monitoring to assess the adequacy of the Firm's compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist with the review of client communications, including financial promotions and cross border distribution material, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Firm's own communications policies
- Periodically assist with the review and update of the Firm's policies and procedures
- Assist with project work as required

Requirements: - Graduate (undergraduate degree or equivalent)
- Proven UK financial services compliance experience (2-3yrs); preferably with prior compliance testing/monitoring experience
- Good attention to detail - Good analytical skills
- Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills / Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, including UK, Luxembourg, Ireland and US
- Ability to liaise with different stakeholders within a firm
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate complex rules/regulations in a clear manner
