Private Equity Investment Analyst / Associate

Your responsibilities

Deal sourcing in the special situations area as well as approaching companies regarding carve-outs
Preparation of company and market analyses
Coordination and preparation of IOs/BOs incl. modeling of business plans
Due diligence in the context of acquisition processes
Development of restructuring and turnaround plans
Responsibility for individual restructuring measures and their hands-on implementation
Coordination and maintenance of the deal pipeline
Analyses of turnaround measures at portfolio companies
Responsibility for the complete value chain of a structured carve-out process

Your profile

successfully completed studies, preferably in a business or engineering related field (Master)
first experiences in the area of turnaround (internships, etc.)
hands-on mentality, as well as "deal mentality
very high analytical skills and Excel knowledge
negotiation and communication skills
High intrinsic motivation, interest in independent work, flexibility
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Sound knowledge in dealing with balance sheet and financial ratios
Flexibility and willingness to travel are a matter of course for you
Confident handling of MS-Office
