We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Analysis & Design Team as a Senior Manager (A&D Lead). The successful applicant will fulfil a critical role in producing high quality, innovative designs to meet customer, operational and regulatory needs. They will lead a team of c.10-15 Business Analysts responsible for our Service Excellence portfolio as part of TSB's strategic investment portfolio. The A&D lead will work side by side with the business area, change delivery and technical teams across TSB through the change delivery lifecycle, with specific focus on the upfront idea and initiation phases.

Expert communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships are a must. Strong ability to problem solve, attention to detail, be data driven and the ability to work collaboratively are all essential aspects of this role. You will need to work effectively whilst balancing multiple priorities and maintaining perspective on what is important. It's an exciting opportunity where you will gain exposure to the breadth of activity across the investment portfolio and wider Change community.

You'll have a base site however will work flexibly between home and our offices. If working remotely is new to you, don't worry, we'll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work without distraction and a consistent internet connection (download speed - 10 mbps; upload speed - 3mbps).

What we need today

To make sure you're set up for success ideally you'll already have these skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate ideas, proposals, issues and implications at all levels across the organisation
• Effective people leadership skills and experience leading teams across multiple locations, whilst driving a culture that values, recognises and generates high performance and fosters an environment that encourages and supports innovation
• Excellent stakeholder management, building strong working relationships to identify and implement initiatives that help drive TSB's strategic agenda
• Great organisational skills - able to prioritise a varied workload and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and understanding of change management including agile tooling, and prior experience working on digital projects desirable
• Enjoys problem solving, has an inquisitive mind and demonstrates initiative - able to understand diverse customer needs and capable of spotting opportunities to innovate
