Your Tasks:

You sit in the driver's seat and help us offer our customers the best banking experience while always keeping our sustainability goals in mind. With your excellent communication skills you support and supervise the national and global cooperation of Corporate Sector Lending with e.g. Syndications, Risk Management, Legal, Capital Structuring & Advisory and Client Coverage. To do this, you keep a watchful eye on lending transactions and always provide competent and advisory support to your clients, whether they are from „large German Mittelstand" or multinationals. Furthermore, you use your strong organisational skills and your affinity for numbers to carry out financial analyses, structure transactions, prepare loan offers and review or prepare documentation and negotiations of the legal framework together with clients. You accompany transactions from start to finish and, after the transaction has been completed, keep on top of the portfolio management by keeping the quality high and returns within the set framework. With expertise and open ears, you develop and coach your team and pass on your holistic knowledge of product and market development to your colleagues.

Your Profile:
  • Very good degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a transaction-driven environment and in credit risk & financial analyses as well as in writing credit applications
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, working capital solutions and structured credit products
  • Sound skills in negotiating, structuring, implementing lending transactions and negotiating and drafting loan documentation
  • Analytical, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
  • Very good German and English, both spoken and written
