Wealth Management (General & Health Insurance) Marketing Department
Insurance is a fast-growing business and is one of the key drivers of Hang Seng Bank. As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank's retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.
Hang Seng's Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to reinforce the brand of Hang Seng Bank, drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's product and services, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide internal business units with marketing support to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.
We are currently seeking a high caliber marketing professional to join us as Manager in Wealth Management (General & Health Insurance) Marketing Department.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist in various Marketing & Business initiatives and insurance project development to support Life, Medical and General Insurance business
• Define, drive and manage for the success of the overall Insurance Marketing development strategies and the ecosystem targeting both existing and potential clients to build brand and drive leads
• Lead and drive communications with various internal / external stakeholders, to discuss and resolve different product development and implementation issues.
• Support product maintenance, including proper documentation control and procedures.
• Support sales and marketing functions for product related items, to promote business.
• Leverage on data, define, drive and manage customer engagement in various digital platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet etc.
• Establish leads generation and management practice for Hang Seng Insurance Products from prospect clients and cross-sell/ upsell
• Lead and drive prospect client strategy and management from touch points management, data collection, leads generation
• Lead and drive prospect clients management and programs, working together with Data, Technology and Distribution Team
• Apply best practice and governance process, and anticipate, manage and mitigate project risks and use of resources accordingly
• Facilitate effective communication between marketing channel, internal stakeholders and risk stewards
• Facilitate the development of the O2O process for marketing optimization

Requirements

• University degree related to areas such as marketing, business administration, economics, and finance.
• At least 5-8 years relevant working experience in the Insurance or financial services sector with solid knowledge in insurance operations, products and services
• Hands-on experience in managing website/ data analytics/ revamp projects
• Solid experience in web management including mobile (responsive design and ability to drive engagement/ sales leads from online to offline channels
• Solid experience in optimizing use of digital platforms to bring out the potentials of omni-channels to customers.
• Accountable, analytical, able to make judgment call and a problem solver.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills with all levels of stakeholders.
