Role Overview

The HR Business Analyst is part of the EMEA HRPS Operational Support Team which is central to our ongoing work to enhance the operational effectiveness of EMEA HR Professional Services, create operational oversight and to maximise the potential of our HR technology. Our priorities are in strengthening partnerships with the HR COEs and HR Shared Services teams and to deliver HR change initiatives across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities include
  • Partnering with the EMEA HR PMO Team in continuous improvement of regional processes across the entire employee life cycle
  • Leading the due diligence process with the HR teams or HR Shared Services teams for the transition of HR processes
  • Responsible for the governance of assigned Regional Risk and Control activities within EMEA HR Professional Services
  • Driving the adoption, change management and adherence of HRs evolving risk and control activity within the EMEA HRPS Organisation. E.g. Minimum Documentation Standards
  • Support the ongoing utilisation and management of the HR Case Management system, to include reporting on monthly key audit findings and ongoing KPI metrics
  • Support in partnering with the HR Centres of Expertise with the aim of driving service improvements through reviewing escalation metrics & identification of trends and root causes
  • Regional point of contact and subject matter expert for annual performance management cycle and systems support where required for HR Professional Services
  • Act as a regional source of knowledge in workforce planning tools, ServiceNow, Workday
  • Supporting HR Professional Services engagement and partnership initiatives
  • Cost Centre Manager Workday Security ownership and advisors for the EMEA region in partnership with Global lead
  • Proactively partner with key HR Generalists, Relationship Managers, HR Advisors and other HR Centres of Excellence regionally and globally on HR delivery, transformation activity and HR Professional services governance
  • Voice of Employee regional leads: partnering with the global VoE team to ensure the successful permissions setup, translation and support of the annual survey, including escalation of issues to the vendor, reporting support for senior HR partners

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivery in a complex professional services organization - preferably in a HR discipline
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
