Part of the EMEA CIO Office team based in London, the CIO Office Business Analyst (BA) will:
  • Manage Market Data for Natixis London and CIB EMEA sites (Dubai, Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan, Moscow...) in relation with Market Data teams (Head Office and Porto team) liaising with Business and IT teams
  • Contribute to strategic projects sponsored/managed by IT/CIO Office and assist on ad hoc and smaller projects
  • Support the CIO Office team in IT & Workplace around Business Review and Budget
  • Functional support and manage transversal applications (Concur...)

Main responsibilities and duties of the role

Market Data:
  • Market data contract/ subscription negotiation with local providers
  • Identification of market data EMEA user needs and managing the opening and decommissioning of market data licenses
  • Implementation of market data products with IT Support team
  • Optimisation and cost cutting operations (challenging businesses, sourcing market with alternative solution)
  • Market data reportings (quarterly basis) to EMEA Finance teams (Forecast, invoice split etc......) and Head Office (including Market Data + BPCE Achats when needed)
  • Create dashboard for business including usage and cost to be invoiced
  • Maintaining market data inventory in MDSL software
  • Involve in global projects with International Market Data team at Head Office level (Dashboard, automatize the procurement/allocation process to user, ...)
  • Ensure Market data documentation/processes/Governance are updated

Strategic project and change
  • Contribute to IT strategic or internal project from business requirements gathering to implementation and post go-live monitoring (change management)
  • Challenge status quo and adopt disruptive approach
  • Empower and engage users/teams to drive the change
  • Assist on ad hoc and smaller projects around IT & Workplace scope
  • Assist on data crunching, associated analysis and reporting (dashboard...)

Support the CIO Office team on various subjects such as:
  • Audit points follow-up
  • Business Review and Budget as well as IT Governance and CESI
  • IT, Consultants and Workplace procurement process monitoring (including best practices and service/cost monitoring on major contract).
  • Travel Management
  • Management of CIO Office policies (Purchasing, Consultants...) and associated controls


* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal guidance, have a strong ability to challenge cost and need and work under pressure.
* Good knowledge of Market Data Market (provider and products)
* Strong negotiations skills
* Knowledge of MDSL software (or Market Data inventory software) and/or any other Procurement system
* Prioritise and manage time effectively
* Proactive
* Good knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint
* Team player
* Innovative and ability to challenge existing set up/process
* Analyse trends, estimate future needs (Innovation) and/or alert
* Good organization skills, attention to details
* Supportive and creative
At least one or more expertise's around:
* Master Degree or equivalent
* Market Data (vendors, products, budget management)
* Procurement (Tender process, consultancy contract, negotiation, vendor onboarding etc...)
* Budget analytic skills (cost allocation, accountancy basic knowledge)
* Strong synthesis and presentation skills to senior management
