A renowned Global Bank is looking for a Product Control (Fixed Income) - VP to join their Regional team in Hong Kong. You will supervise 2-3 subordinates and an offshore team, reporting to the Head of Product Control. The Bank provides a dynamic work environment. about the job.
You will be:

• Responsible for accurate P&L reporting and financial for the FICC desk across APAC
• Perform in-depth analysis and review of P&L, evaluate key performance drivers of the global business
• Prepare quality financials and recommend strategic opportunities to Business Heads for decision making
• Collaborate with Front-Office traders by evaluating data and the wider financial trends, articulate quantitative and complex products in a simple and concise manner
• Ability to support business growth by driving changes and participating in regional business initiatives
• Enhance product control process to mitigate operational risk
• Make decisions by thinking from the big picture, understanding subset of elements behind product control operations

skills & experiences required.

• Degree holder from sounded University
• Qualified member in CPA and CFA is a definite advantage
• 8+ years experience in Product Control/ Valuation Control/ Market Risk
• Strong product knowledge in vanilla and complex derivative products, pricing parameters
• Capable to effectively communicate with Front-Office, think from the "big picture" as well as daily processes behind
• Excellent problem solver, strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good command of English
