Responsible for delivering and following-up on trainings on educational concepts . Assists in the development of educational series with input form peers and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure learning solution content meets both client and business requirements; may customize content for specific audiences to ensure development needs are met.

Leverages understanding of products to independently deliver basic and more complex trainings. Leverages internal consultative business partnerships to customize instructional content and product and communication materials, if requested. Responsible for following up on trainings; leverages tools to measure success of learning offerings and programs. Receives and shares feedback from peers in a continual effort to improve the overall user learning experience. Demonstrates advanced written and oral communication skills.

Collaborates with business owners across operations, service, product and technology to understand business initiatives, challenges and priorities that can be incorporated into the learning experience. No direct reports
  • Knowledge of Banking or Financial product and services is a plus
  • 3 or more years of experience in Corporate Education or Facilitation
  • Be able to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging content that is easy to understand for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning & Development or related field is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in in training delivery or content design preferred. Understanding of the Bank's products preferred.
