Albatross Capital is a real estate investment company focused on the Poruguese market, which acts as principal investment platform and operating partner for institutions looking to invest in real estate assets in Portugal. Currently, Albatross Capital manages real estate projects in excess of c. €1 billion.

Albatross Capital is currently looking for a motivated individual to join the team as analyst / senior analyst. The position is of particular interest to gain exposure to Real Estate / Private Equity / Investment and Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

· Build and review financial models in order to perform profitability analyses as well as sensitivities on potential real estate investments;

· Assist with the production of deal memorandums and investment committee memorandums;

· Support all real estate acquisition activities processes;

· Involvement in the asset management activities of the portfolio under control, monitoring key performance indicators and identifying value creation levers;

Requirements:

· > 2 years of work experience in the industry in a similar role

· Studies in Business Administration or similar education with focus on finance, real estate and/or investment banking;

· Team player with analytical abilities and willingness to learn;

· High proficiency in MS Office applications;

· Excellent in written and spoken English. Spanish/Portuguese are desirable;

· Knowledge in financial modelling and practical work experience within a real estate private equity fund, investment bank and/or investment management firm is a plus.
