Purpose of role:

We are looking for an individual who has the desire to work on all things data from analytics for data transformation and data science in tax compliance. The job will involve interaction between Power Platform developers, tax practitioners as well as vendors of the technology tools. The successful candidate will be working with the teams to deliver technology solutions that offer automation and efficiency to the firm as well as becoming a subject matter expert for tax data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with the Tax Systems and Data team.
• Presenting data using the latest visualization tools.
• Data cleansing and manipulation projects ranging from data mapping, tax reporting, and insights gathering to KPI reporting for boards.
• Optimizing client ERP systems and processes to support their tax, finance, or other data needs.
• Configuration of tax software platforms.
• Developing and implementing new data automation routines to help automate and improve processes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providing high levels of client service.
• Working with internal SMEs to identify appropriate processes for automation.
• Presenting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal meetings to handover, and maintaining an excellent relationship with these stakeholders.
• Managing time across multiple projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills:

• Individuals should be Strong and motivated team players.
• Technical skillset with data automation and as a PowerBI developer.
• Designing, developing, and testing data automation workflows.
• Providing guidance with process specification and design.
• Supporting the launch and implementation of Power Platform solutions
• Working with business analysts to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
• A data analyst, with a skillset to manage and maintain all of the deliverables created to date
• A candidate who is versed in SQL, Python, and other data scripting technologies or has a strong desire to learn them.
