General Summary and Purpose:

Victory Capital is looking for a person with history working in the Asset Management field to join our Solutions Team in San Antonio, TX.  You will serve as a Client Service Associate for the team’s institutional clients, fostering strong relationships and responsible for periodic and ad hoc reporting.

You Will:

• Build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. Prepare and provide monthly or quarterly client reporting. Manage ad hoc data requests from clients and partners. Maintain a deep knowledge of our products. Provide insights and commentary on strategies and the market environment. Collaborate with Team members and across departments to deliver standard and required information. Consider opportunities to cross sell current clients. Keep records and documentation of client interactions. Potential to participate in other sales or marketing activities.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience using Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook. 3+ years' experience in asset management industry or in a related financial field preferred. Evidence of interest in the asset management field including pursuit of advanced degrees (CFA, CFP, CAIA, CIMA) or general market knowledge. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Must work well independently and collaboratively. Strong writing skills. May be asked to travel for client reviews and other events.
