Associate 3/4 – Technology (Menlo Park, CA) for Evercore Partners Services East LLC to analyze capital mkts trends (such as macroeconomic factors, mkt & sector momentum, peer valuations, mkt volatility) & technology industry trends (such as consolidation/de-consolidation, investment in R&D, technological advancements, regulatory envrmt, competitive dynamics) to inform clients about recent dvlpmts as well as potential business dvlpmt opportunities. Reqs Bach’s deg in Business Admin, Economics, Finance or related field of study, & 3 yrs of exp as Associate, Consultant, Analyst or related jobs in a quantitative field in Finance, Business or related field. Will accept Master’s deg & 1 yr of exp in lieu of Bach’s deg & 3 yrs of exp. Exp specified must incl 3 yrs of exp (or 1 yr of exp if Master’s deg) w/ each of the following: research, explaining mkt events utilizing quantitative & analytical skills; MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); fin'l modeling; utilizing general acctg & finance principles; Bloomberg, Factset, SNL/S&P Global; research resources such as The Deal Mergermarket, Debtwire,
Wall Street Journal & other industry publications. Reqs series 63 & 79. 10-20% domestic travel is reqd.
