Business Analyst - Client Connectivity

Gather, review, and analyze business requirements with all relevant stakeholders within Connectivity and Data Product and the other product areas

Produce high quality business requirements analysis Documents (BRA) and actively supporting functional issues and questions during all project phases

Act as single point of contact for specific projects and the Connectivity and Data Management.

Be able to work with agile methodologies in collaboration with IT colleagues during all stages of project lifecycle

Participate to production issues investigation and resolution of customer queries

Report on regular basis to the line management and project leads

Be able to produce competitive analysis and development for the Connectivity and Data strategies; to expand and diversify revenue streams.

Improve current business development processes.

Be able to Produce Presentation materials for Senior Management and Board Members.
