Oversee and manage financial accounting & reporting and internal management reporting and ensure the control process is in place; Carry out the Finance operation functions and responsible for the payment settlement for vendor payments and staff reimbursements.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the budgeting / forecasting process, collaborate with business representatives and operations to carry out the annual budget and regular forecast process.
- Assist to devise KPIs and scorecard to achieve the Bank's goals.
- Responsible for gathering information, data compilation and analysis for business financial performance and processes, prepare dashboard and metrics for financial analysis purpose and tracking core business performance.
- Responsible for cost management, prepare product costing analysis and cost control.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and relevant data for board meeting/ head office requirement.
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis and support financial projects as required.
Requirements:
- University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Banks/ Big 4/ Financial Institutions.
- Professional qualification in HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies would be an advantage.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Hand on experience in cost management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to deal with multiple commitments / deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizing skills.
- Good command of Chinese and English, proficient in Putonghua would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS office, proficient in BI tool (etc. Tableau, PowerBI) would be an advantage.
