Job Description - Associate

A real estate fund management boutique is looking for a high caliber investment professional to join its dynamic and entrepreneurial team. As a member of the core team, you will have extensive opportunities to work with the senior management and some of the most reputable players in real estate and investment industries. Ideal candidate should have solid IBD, private equity training with strong interest in real estate investment and research.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing investment projects
• Supporting the investment and asset management process for the investments
• Preparing regular and ad hoc investment analysis and asset management reporting documents
• Developing and liaising with clients, partners and investors

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of relevant working experiences in private equity, investment banking or Big 4 accounting firms
• Strong work ethics and integrity, a team player who is detail-oriented and highly self-motivated
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
