What does a Transfers Analyst do:

This Transfers Analyst is a part of our Operations Team in Toronto. They are proactive self-starters who work to resolve problems. They have exemplary attention to detail skills and are excellent communicator especially with their peers, management and external parties. This Transfers Analyst is a team player, as they work seamlessly within our direct team and across the wider global Investment Operations and FNZ family.

The Transfer Analyst will be responsible for the management of assets transferring on and off the FNZ platform. They will also be responsible but not limited to:
  • Manage all Transfer processes efficiently and accurately via both electronic and paper processing.
  • Ensuring all Transfer processes meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Liaise with other Operational Teams in order to complete tasks and resolve any issues.
  • Assist other team members with issues as and when required.
  • Review and enhance operational processes on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and create Transfer procedures.
  • Interact with clients on a weekly basis.
  • Actively manage and reduce any outstanding client queries and issues.
  • Monitor and action Fund Manager Reports daily.
  • Work closely with Business Risk Champions and Senior Analysts to identify and manage operational risk.


Who we are looking for:
  • At least 1 year of experience within the Wealth Management, platform, banking or other relevant industry.
  • Degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in using Excel for data analysis.
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of US and Canada regulations.
  • Experience of delivering an excellent level of service to customers - e.g., in a retail or contact centre environment
  • Experience in using Excel for data analysis
