The Company
An established and highly credible Investment Management firm based in London.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated administrative and Wealth Management Client Services professional to join an established Wealth Planning Client Services Team whereby you would be providing a high level of support to the Investment Management firms high net worth clients.
The Client Service Executive will be responsible for actioning emails, updating the client portal and price feeds and processing daily reports.
The Client Service Executive will support the Client Service Manager and Assistant Client Service Manager in the review and sign off of trading tickets and submitting trades to custodians.
The Client Service Executive will assist in the analysis of existing policies/holdings, overseeing LOA process and data gathering for the Wealth Planners.
The Client Service Executive will assist in the preparation of internal analysis reports including pension illustrations, protection illustrations and investment holdings via Financial Express as well as preparing shortened Advice for Adviser review and sign-off
The Client Service Executive will complete forms for new and transferring pensions, protection and ISAs, re implementation of client advice.
The Client Service Executive will submit forms to providers, follow up on queries, place investment orders and instructions with custodians of the investment management company.
The Client Service Executive will assist the investment management firms CRM Assistant and Adviser in preparation for the Annual Review.
The Client Service Executive will provide support, cover and training to other members of the investment management companies client services team when required.
The Candidate
At least 2 years' experience within Investment Administration or Wealth Planning Administration with a strong focus on high level client service
Strong technical experience across pensions, protection, and investments
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with client queries
